- Keep a copy of the program and roster on you at all times to answer questions.
- Be punctual, neatly groomed and dress as appropriate by indication of AIFST Staff.

- Take your commitment to your role seriously and perform all duties to the best of your ability.
- Follow the set roster for volunteering and advise your supervisor if you are unable to work as scheduled.
- Although we will try our best, understand that there may be times when it is not possible to accommodate requests for certain sessions or events.
- As we are a member based organisation, please treat all information about our delegates including full names, email address, contact numbers etc., as confidential. These are not to be disclosed to anyone.
- Understand that there will be no remuneration for services or reimbursement for any travel costs throughout the course of the convention.
Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may lead to AIFST ceasing your involvement with the convention. This may also mean losing recognition of volunteering for the convention.
