You may then pick up your lockbox at the station set up outside of the Association office. Just look for the lockbox serial number that you were assigned.

The lockbox listed above is the property of the Aiken Assoc. of REALTORS®/MLS. Should the lockbox be lost, stolen, damaged, or vandalized the agent below understands that the MLS will bill $100.00 plus applicable shipping/tax for its replacement.

The undersigned agent acknowledges that they are responsible for this lockbox and will return the lockbox upon demand. If agent is unable to return the lockbox, the agent agrees to pay $100.00 plus applicable shipping/tax for its replacement.
