This authorization is valid for the initial application and on an ongoing basis for the review, maintenance, or collection of any resulting transaction. Third-Party Distribution and Funding Optimization: You expressly authorize AION CAPITAL USA LLC to share, transfer, and distribute this application, along with all information and documents obtained in connection herewith (including bank statements and credit reports), to its partner companies, funding partners, and other third-party lenders (collectively, “Funding Partners”). The purpose of this distribution is to allow AION CAPITAL USA LLC employees to manage and optimize the financing options available to you across multiple capital sources. You agree that AION CAPITAL USA LLC and its Funding Partners may use such information to independently evaluate and process your request. Communication Consent: You authorize AION CAPITAL USA LLC and its partners to contact you via telephone calls, emails, social media, text messages (SMS/MMS), or WhatsApp, including the use of automated dialing systems, for administrative, credit evaluation, or marketing purposes.
