Orange County California Booking Form

This is a form to get tattooed by Ash MacIsaac (AJEM Tattoo) at their fall guest spot in Orange County California. They will be guesting at two different shops in the area during the week of September 27th-October 4th.

They will first be guesting at Reflection Tattoo (17431 Brookhurst Street, Suite K, Fountain Valley, California) from September 27th to September 30th.

They will then be guesting at La Luna Art Collective (1400 E Chapman Ave, Orange, California) from October 1st to October 4th.

Ash is currently $200/hour with a $150 minimum unless otherwise specified for a flash sale.

For this guest spot, Ash would especially love to do fall/horror/halloween themed tattoos, but they're open to anything as long as it's fun!

As a reminder, filling out a booking form does not guarantee a tattoo appointment as Ash has limited openings and a large amount of requests. They or their assistant will reach out to let you know if your request has been accepted and will schedule your appointment from there.

I understand that I will have to leave a non refundable booking fee to hold my appointment that will come out of the total price of my tattoo Deposit prices are $50 for a 1 hour session, $100 for a 2 hour session, $200 for a 3-4 hour session, and $350 for a full day session (5+ hours). I also understand that I will have 5 days from the time of Ash's initial email to respond, and 1 week after confirming an appointment to pay the deposit, or my appointment time may be forfeit and given to someone else.* This field is required.
