"Year-End Title" certificates are awarded to members in recognition of their involvement and accomplishments with their dogs throughout the year. The intent is to reward club members that participate in AKC and/or GSDCA events, however please feel free to include ALL titles you have earned as a team throughout the year.

The club will award a "Year-End Title" certificate to any German Shepherd Dog owned or co-owned by a member in good standing of the German Shepherd Dog Club of Greater Kansas City who earns a title or certificate in any American Kennel Club (AKC) or German Shepherd Dog Club of America (GSDCA) event.

Along with "Year-End Title" certificates, the club also awards "Year-End Title" plaques with "Year-End Title" bars. These plaques are voluntary and only one plaque will be awarded per dog over their lifetime. If new titles are earned following years, a "Year-End Title" bar will be awarded. Unlike "Year-End Title" certificates, the club will only pay for AKC and/or GSDCA titles on bars, members are welcome to purchase bars for other venues.

The recognition year begins on October 15th and ends on October 16th of the following year. All titles earned after October 15th will be awarded the next recognition year. The deadline for submission of title documentation is November 1st of the current recognition year. Certificates are awarded at the Awards Presentation Meeting in December.

Complete the form and submit no later than November 1st to allow time for processing the awards.
