Background Check Authorization for Employment (Texas)
I, [Full Legal Name], hereby authorize CS Global Tech (“the Company”) and its designated agents, representatives, or third-party consumer reporting agencies to obtain and review information about me for employment purposes, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable laws of the State of Texas.
I understand that this background check may include, but is not limited to, information regarding my criminal history, prior employment, education, credit history (where permitted by law), motor vehicle records, and other relevant public or private records.
I acknowledge that:
This authorization is given solely for employment purposes, including hiring, promotion, reassignment, or retention.
I have the right to request a copy of any consumer report obtained about me.
I have the right to dispute any inaccurate or incomplete information contained in such reports.
A separate disclosure document has been provided to me, as required under the FCRA.
