- You may enter your information to reserve a spot in our digital Commemorative Souvenir Journal and submit your content or print-ready ad at a later date (please see final submission deadlines below). This will require that you complete this form again with your final submission.
- Use one purchase order form per advertisement.
- If you need Tau Beta Omega to design your ad, the submission deadline for all content is Saturday, October 28, 2023.
- The submission deadline for print-ready ads is Saturday, November 4, 2023.
Payments may be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, cashier's check, money order, or company/personal check. All payments sent via mail must be received by TBO no later than October 28, 2023. You may remit payment prior to sending your ad. This reserves your spot in the Souvenir Journal. You may save inputted information on this form to complete at a later time.
