MVS National Business Agent Nominating Petitions Logo
  • APWU members wishing to run for National Office must get a set number of nominating petitions signed by APWU Local, or state, organizations in order to be accepted as a candidate and placed on the ballot:

Election rules require that petitions must be signed by the Local President and Vice-President (or Secretary).  However, the rules also say that the decision to sign, or not sign, petitions for members running for National Business Agent - Motor Vehicle Decision can only be made by members from the Motor Vehicle Craft.

With this poll, the Lehigh Valley Area Local is soliciting feedback, from Motor Vehicle members, on whether or not we should sign the petitions listed below

[Note:  Signing a petition is not an endorsement of, or a vote for, a candidate.  It merely determines whether they will be allowed on the ballot, or not.]
