I kindly ask that you confirm and/or cancel your upcoming appointment no more than 48 hours before. This ensures a respected time frame in my schedule to offer that slot to another client in a timely manner. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify me at least 48 hours before to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Prepayment may be required to book the next appointment.
I understand the need for flexibility in my client's schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate my client's schedules and would ask that you do the same with mine.
I will do my best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, which may result in a missed appointment. Each appointment is allotted a specific amount of time to ensure we get services done in a timely manner. I completely understand things happen, but if you are running late please contact me or the salon as soon as possible.
