Cancellation or Rescheduling:
At least 48 hours notice is required to avoid penalties.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incur a charge of 50% of the booked service, even if rescheduling to a later date.
Service Changes within 48 hours:
Clients are requested not to attend appointments if unwell.
Appointments canceled due to illness with less than 48 hours notice will also incur a 50% service fee within reason.
Changes to the scheduled service (e.g., switching from a color service to a haircut) within 48 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the original service cost.
Any retainer fees will be applied to the next appointment.
No Call No Show Policy:
Definition: A "No Call No Show" occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and fails to notify the salon in advance.
Clients who fail to show without notice will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Fee: A 50% charge of the service fee will apply for the missed appointment.
Emergency Considerations:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients are encouraged to contact the salon at the earliest opportunity to adjust or cancel appointments if needed.
Late Policy:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments.
If running late, clients should notify the salon as soon as possible.
Chronic lateness may result in a late fee being added to the service cost.
Children in the Salon:
For safety and liability reasons, children are not allowed in the salon.
The salon environment contains hazardous tools and chemicals, which can pose risks to children.
Unsatisfied with Services:
Clients should communicate dissatisfaction within 5 days to allow the salon to address and resolve the issue. It is not considered a re-do if the client was informed during the consultation that achieving the final result would require multiple sessions.
The salon is dedicated to making clients happy and is willing to resolve issues promptly, ensuring every client leaves satisfied with their hair.

Clients understand that, while the salon strives to deliver the highest quality service, certain risks are involved, including but not limited to:
-Hair damage due to chemicals, heat, or styling tools.
-Allergic reactions to products used during services.
-Unexpected changes in hair texture or color.
-Temporary or permanent hair loss or scalp irritation
The stylist's cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on hair type, condition, past treatments, and at-home maintenance.
Clients acknowledge that proper at-home care is essential to achieving and maintaining desired results and agree to follow the stylist’s recommendations.
Indemnification and Release of Liability:
By signing, clients:
Confirm they have read and understood the information provided.
Consent to the services and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the salon, its staff, and assigns from any claims, liability, or actions resulting from the hair services provided.
