After I book my appointment through Schedulicity I will receive an email/text with an appointment confirmation. My appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. I understand that Alicia Murr has a cancellation policy if I do not cancel within 24 hours of my scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that Alicia Murr's cancellation policy states that I will be charged 25% of my services booked if I cancel with less than 24 hours notice of my appointment time.

No-Show Policy: I understand that Alicia Murr's No-Show policy states that I will be charged 50% of my services booked if I no show my scheduled appointment or am more than 15 minutes late to my scheduled appointment.
