  • A Few Things To Know

  • In-Person Consultation
    All new color services + Cezanne Smoothing Treatments require an in-person consultation prior to booking. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals, create your customized plan, and review the time + investment involved.

    Booking + Deposit
    A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Your appointment is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.

    Booking deposits are subject to the studio’s 48-hour cancellation policy and become non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within that window.

    Cancellations + Changes
    Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the scheduled service total.

    Health + Service Changes
    Your health + safety are important. Please disclose any relevant health, scalp, skin, allergy, medication or medical information before your appointment, even if you’re unsure whether it may affect your service.

    New information disclosed on or immediately before your appointment may require your service to be modified, postponed or rescheduled until it can be safely performed. Standard cancellation policies may still apply to the time reserved for your appointment.
