Tattoo Request Info:

In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevant information I may need for your appointment below. I have lots of pre drawn Flash available on my Instagram page in the section titled FLASH.Please upload flash screenshots in the reference section below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Once your request has been filled out your information will be received automatically and from there you will be contacted by me for more information and to set up your appointment.
Booking and Cancellation policies:

My hourly rate is $200. I offer flat rates on most pre drawn flash pieces. Some custom projects require a consultation beforehand. Consultations are always free. A deposit is required to book your tattoo appointment. Deposit amount varies by project and will come off of the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are non refundable. 48 hours notice is required for rebooking or cancellation of your appointment.
