  • Hello, Thank you for reaching out and allowing AllurinAnn Travels to book your next adventure. Please fill out the Travel Inquiry Form in its entirety, and you will be contacted within the next 48 - 72 hours to discuss your Itinerary in Detail. 

    Below you will have to fill out the Booking form and make payment for the retainer. The  non-refundable retainer fee is $45.00 for each trip between 1-4 people. The non- refundable retainer fee for groups 5 or more will be $25 per person. Once payment has been recieved from all parties, a proposal will also be sent with details of your travel request.

    A proposal will not be sent unless payment has been provided .

      The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 48 hours after itinerary has been sent for trips 1-4 people. The non-refundable retainer fee is good for ONLY 10 days after itinerary has been sent for group trips.

      The reason for a non-refundable retainer fee is for:

      • Larger groups require more back-and-forth communication, multiple quotes, and customized arrangements to make sure everyone’s details line up correctly.
      • The retainer fee covers the administrative hours and research time you dedicate before the actual booking happens (like checking flight availability for multiple departure cities, room categories, or excursions).
      • It also shows commitment from the group so you’re not spending hours planning a trip that doesn’t move forward.
