46th National Convention Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation Silent Auction Donation Form

  • Donate an Item or Package to the 46th National Convention Silent Auction

  • Donating items for the 46th National Convention Silent Auction is a great way to support the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation as an individual or collegiate/alumnae chapter or association. 

    Please note, we are seeking individual items or packages with an estimated fair market value of $125 or more. Exceptions may be made for items that are unique to Alpha Sigma Tau (memorabilia) or the member experience. All donated items must be new/unused.

    Suggested auction items include:

    • "Best of" packages from your location/region
    • School spirit packages from your campus/college
    • Staycation package
    • At-home spa day package/spa services
    • Seasonal favorites basket (ie: Fourth of July, Summer Fun, Back to School)
    • Book lover bundle
    • Coffee lover bundle
    • Movie night bundle
    • Cooking package
    • Game night bundles
    • Charcuterie bundle
    • Date night/gal pal night package
    • Road trip bundle
    • Best in travel bundle (ie: suitcase, carry on bag, packing cubes, favorite travel items)
    • Hobby starter kit (ie: gardening, painting, baking, crocheting)
    • KitchenAid Mixer
    • Brand Name Kitchen Products (Le Creuset, MadeIn, AllClad, etc.)
    • Subscription service gift certificates (ie: streaming service, meal delivery kit, kid's activity kits, etc.)
    • Experiences (ie: Class Pass, Ticketmaster, airline or hotel gift cards, House of Colour Style Personality Analysis)
    • Unique learning or coaching experiences (ie: Masterclass, personal consultations)
    • Luxury trips/vacation stays

    Items that will not be accepted include, but are not limited to:

    • Used/worn merchandise
    • Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation donor premiums/gifts
    • Chapter gifts/prize pack items from Founders Day of Giving or other Alpha Sigma Tau giveaways

    Donated items or the criteria for the redemption of an item/package, must be received by the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation no later than Friday, May 1, 2026. All items must be provided with an appropriately sized box in which the item can be shipped to the winner at the conclusion of the auction.

    Contributions to the Alpha Sigma Tau Foundation's 46th National Convention Silent Auction are considered in-kind donations and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. All donors will receive named recognition during the auction event, and the estimated fair market value of the item or package will be applied to the individual donor or collegiate/alumnae chapter or association record for annual and cumulative giving recognition.
