The Internet Customer Service team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through every step in the order process from helping a customer make an online order, to handling returns. Day to day operations can include but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers
- Contact customers regarding their orders
- Actively engage with customers through live chat
- Read and respond to customer inquiries via email
