Upon receiving your registration information and payment, we will text you the event address and other important information to your cellphone. Your registration (RSVP, food selections and payment) must be completed and received by Wednesday, August 26, 2026. NO PARTIAL REGISTRATIONS.

Refund Policy
Because this event requires advance payment to purchase meat, pizza dough, propane, and other food ingredients, only 30% of your payment is refundable if you decide to cancel. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid reservation to another person, including a Meetup member, friend, or family member. If you transfer your reservation, please provide us with their full name and contact information so we can send them the event address, parking instructions, and other important event details. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
