  • Paint Afternoon

    Place: St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatic Centre - Irene Locke Room (425 Carlton Street, St. Cathaines)

    Enjoy a fun and relaxing afternoon of painting, and enjoy some snacks, refreshments, and good company! Instructor Laurie will guide us through an interactive painting session, and you will be able to take home your masterpiece at the end. No experience required - all materials are provided. Wear clothes you may get paint on.

    Transportation available if needed.

  • Nutrition and Brain Health

    Join Registered Dietitian Christina as we learn about nutrition, the MIND diet, and nutrients of importance for the brain. We will discuss practical tips you can use at home to promote healthy eating habits, and finish by creating a healthy snack to take home with you.
