SOMATIC + Sound Bath Meditation Experience Somatic meditation is a bottom-up process that grounds you in your physical form, fostering a greater sense of embodiment. Deepening the experience further through vibration with a sound bath experience. By consciously attuning to the inner body and noticing, this practice dissolves the false divide between mind and body, offering an opportunity to reconnect. This compassionate approach helps regulate difficult emotions, and enhance interceptive awareness, leading to a deeper understanding of your own human experience.
What to wear:
Something comfortable and I suggest dressing in layers as body temperature can fluxuate.
