This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Amanda Tax Service LLC, a [State] limited liability company ("Company"), and the undersigned client ("Client").

Scope of Agreement: This Agreement governs the privacy and security of the Client's personal and financial information provided to the Company in the course of obtaining tax-related services.
Confidentiality: The Company agrees to treat all information provided by the Client as confidential and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such information.
