  • AMAzing Youth LLC's Enrichment Camps are held at our Center on West Busch Blvd in Tampa, Fl. There is a 5% sibling discount. There is a $25 Registration Fee per child for our Enrichment Camps. The Registration fee is waived if your child has previously attended our program. Most Camps have regular hours of 9am - 4pm. Hours may differ for our Specialty Camps. Extended hours are available (see extended hours section below)

     

    ENRICHMENT CAMP FEES

    1 Day Camps or camp drop-in fee per day: $35

    1 - 2 week Camps (Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break): $70 per week

    Virtual Summer Boot Camp: $220 per four-week session (discounts available if attending more than one boot camp)

     

    PAYMENT POLICY

    Registration Fee is due at the time of registration. Weekly Camp Fees are due the Friday prior to Camp Week. Payment Methods accepted are Cash (Must bring to our Center within 24 hours of registration), Cash App ($AMAzingYouth), Venmo (@AMAzingYouth), and Credit/Debit Card Payments (3.9% fee applied - Invoice will be sent to make credit/debit payment once registration is received). 

     

    VIRTUAL CAMPS

    Virtual camps are held online via zoom or google meet platforms. The scheduling links for all virtual camps are sent a week prior to the scheduled camp. Policies, guidelines, and procedures are still applied to students attending vitrual camps. We recommend students join virtual camp sessions at least 5 to 10 minutes early to account for any troubleshooting, as all camps will start on time. There are no extended hours for virtual camps. 

     

    EXTENDED HOURS

    For those parents who prefer longer hours, we offer Extended Hours from 7:30 am - 9 am and 4 pm - 5:30pm. There is an additional fee of $15 per day or $25 for the week. This fee is per registered family NOT per child. You must sign up prior to the first day of camp for this service. We DO NOT prorate extended hours

     

    ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

    Your child will need to be signed in and out of camp daily. If anyone besides you will be picking your child up, they will need to be listed as an emergency contact or additional pick-up person on the registration form. Please inform staff that the emergency contact or pick-up person will be picking your child up and inform the emergency contact or pick-up person that they will need to provide a photo id at pick-up.

     

    THINGS TO BRING

    Every day, campers should wear sturdy tennis shoes (please, no open-toe shoes) and wear clothing appropriate for the weather. Also, a lunch (we will not be able to refrigerate or heat up any lunch items) and a water bottle should be brought every day. Camp t-shirts will be provided for weeklong and Summer Camps and should be worn on Fridays and/or Field Trip days. All personal electronics such as cell phones and video games should be left at home. Please label all items. 

     

    FIELD TRIPS

    A list of all field trips, their costs, and payment due dates will be provided prior to the camp in which the field trips are held. Camp t-shirts will be provided for weeklong and Summer Camps and should be worn on Field Trip days. If your child will not attend a field trip, they will not be allowed to attend camp for the day; as the entire staff attends the field trips.

     

    BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

    Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for each child participating in our program. We are committed to your child and will do all that we can to ensure they have a wonderful experience. We do reserve the right, however, to remove a child from the Camp Program if their behavior becomes too disruptive (Please review our Student Code of Conduct and Behavior Policy below). Please let us know ahead of time if your child has a potential behavior problem that we can assist with or should be aware of. 

     

    REFUND POLICY

    A 25% cancellation fee will be charged if the request is less than 7 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be issued for requests made 24 hours or less before the camp session begins.

  • Image/Video Consent It is our practice to seek parental consent before including your child’s photograph and/or recorded video on Amazing Youth LLC web page, social media, or in any publications, or to release any images to the media, for the purpose of showcasing the accomplishments of our students and staff. To release or include your child’s image in any project, we must have your consent. Please review the three sections below. This consent will be good for the duration of your child’s Participation in Amazing Youth LLC's Programs.

    Amazing Youth LLC has my permission to publish a photograph and/or video image of my child, for the following:

    Section I: Internal Use of Photographs and Video

    Student photographs/video images may be taken for internal use such as student recognition bulletin boards, newspapers and newsletters, projects, etc.

  • Section II: External Use of Photographs and Video

    Student images may be used for external publications such as press releases, print ads, or other publications related to my child’s participation in related activities.

  • Section III: Web Page and Social Media Use of Photographs and Video

    Student images may be used for Amazing Youth LLC website and social media pages with the understanding that the child’s full name will not be published on the Internet when an image is posted. Last names of students will NOT be used on web page or social media projects.

  • Confirmation BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING CONSENTS BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.

  • Informed Consent and Acknowledgement I hereby give my approval for my child(ren)’s participation in any and all activities prepared by AMAzing Youth LLC during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child(ren)’s candidacy by AMAzing Youth LLC, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless AMAzing Youth LLC and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child(ren) arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp activities. In case of injury to said child(ren), I hereby waive all claims against AMAzing Youth LLC including all instructors and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. Amazing Youth is also released of any expenses resulting from the injury. In some of our Enrichment Camps, your child(ren) will have the opportunity to participate in physical activities, including but not limited to running, stretching, dancing, and jumping. Amazing Youth will provide trained staff who will conduct these activities in the safest manner possible.

     

    I, for myself, for My Child(ren), My Child(ren)’s heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, waive, relinquish, and forever discharge and hold harmless Amazing Youth LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action, including, but not limited to, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of actions for personal or bodily injury, damage or loss of property, or death, which I, My Child(ren), My Child(ren)’s heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns have or may ever have arising out of, by reason of, or in any manner related to My Child(ren)’s participation in Amazing Youth's Enrichment Camp(s) and its related activities on Amazing Youth LLC’s Premises. Further, I hereby agree that under no circumstances will I, for myself, for My Child(ren), My Child(ren)’s heirs, executors, administrators and/or assigns, prosecute or present any claim for personal or bodily injury, damage or loss of property, or death against any or all of Amazing Youth. It is my intention by this instrument to exempt and relieve Amazing Youth LLC from any and all liability arising out of My Child(ren)’s participation in Amazing Youth LLC's Enrichment Camp(s), including, but not limited to, liability for personal or bodily injury, damage or loss of property, or death. I further expressly agree that this Release, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk is intended to be as broad and as inclusive as the laws of the State of Florida will allow, and that if any portion thereof is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding the invalid portion, continue in full force and effect. I further represent and state that I am not relying on any oral or written representation or statements made by Amazing Youth LLC. I further agree that this Release, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. In signing this Release, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk, I acknowledge and represent: (i) that I have read and understand it; (ii) that I sign it voluntarily and for full and adequate consideration, fully intending to be bound by the same; (iii) that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent. I understand that this is a legal document which is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns and on those who may claim by or through me.

  • Medical Consent and Authorization I fully understand that AMAzing Youth LLC's Instructors, employees, and agents are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. I understand that should a health problem arise, I will be notified but if I cannot be reached by telephone I consent to emergency medical treatment, which may include temporary first aid, and if deemed necessary by Amazing Youth LLC's staff to call emergency services.

  • Student Code of Conduct and Behavior Policy

    This Code of Conduct is designed to promote a healthy and safe environment that encourages the social and emotional development of all students. A disciplined environment is essential to meeting these ends. This Code of Conduct is intended to enable the development of self-discipline in all students. This is done through both positive and negative recognition and consequences of behavior as necessary to encourage appropriate behavior and discourage inappropriate behavior that would interfere with the goals and missions of the program.

    Student Responsibilities

    1. Students are responsible for respecting themselves through their behavior and self-control 

    2. Students are responsible for demonstrating respect for others by use of appropriate language, avoiding profanity; racial and ethnic slurs; or any otherwise denigration of others through other verbal and nonverbal language or communication

    3. Students shall be responsible for demonstrating respect of all property

    4. Students shall be responsible for understanding and abiding by specific program rules

    5. Students have a responsibility to speak to an adult when they think something is wrong, are being hurt, or others are being hurt

    6. Students shall be responsible for using good judgement

    7. Students are responsible for putting in their best effort

    To protect the safety of all students, AMAzing Youth LLC has no-tolerance policies that could immediately result in students being sent home, dropped from program, and/or referral to law enforcement. These policies include but are not limited to:

    1.      Use of violence 

    2.      Bullying or any type of harassment 

    3.      Possession of weapons, replicas, or items that could be used as weapons
