Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
Our Homeschool Enrichment classes offer students hands-on, collaborative learning opportunities tailored to their interests and abilities. Students engage in themed projects designed to develop critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork skills.
2. Program Fees
Program fees are outlined during registration. Registration fee and the first month's payment are required to secure enrollment.
3. Payment Policy
Monthly payments are due by the 3rd of each month. Late payments may result in a $25 late fee and/or suspension of enrollment until payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email to microschool@amayouth.org
- Refunds are offered as follows:Withdrawals before the first class session: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Withdrawals after the first class session: 50% refund of the total program fee.
- No refunds after the third class session.
5. Attendance Policy
Consistent attendance is crucial to the success of the program. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of emergency at the program's discretion.
6. Scheduling and Class Changes
Classes are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. In the event a class does not meet the minimum, AMAzing Youth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.
In case of cancellation, participants may transfer to another class or request a refund.
7. Code of Conduct
Students and families are expected to adhere to the program’s Code of Conduct, promoting respect, collaboration, and a positive learning environment. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
8. Group Participation
Group dynamics and cooperation are critical for a successful experience. AMAzing Youth reserves the right to reassign students to different groups if necessary.
9. Program Termination Clause
AMAzing Youth reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation in the program for repeated violations of policies or failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Force Majeure Clause
AMAzing Youth is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements.
11. Liability Waiver
By registering for the program, you acknowledge that AMAzing Youth is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the program.
12. Media Release
By enrolling, you consent to AMAzing Youth using photos or videos of your child for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this consent, you must notify us in writing before the program begins.
13. Privacy Policy
AMAzing Youth respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
14. Agreement
By registering for the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
