Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
Our Student Success Reading and Math Program is a 8-week program designed to enhance reading and math skills through personalized instruction and small group learning. Students meet twice a week for 90 minutes per session.
2. Program Fees
- 8-Week Program Fee: $750 full payment or weekly fee of $100.00
- The Registration Deposit or Full payment (Both should not be paid)
3. Payment Policy
- Payments are due according to the selected plan.
- Late payments may result in a $25 late fee and/or suspension from the program until payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the Refund Policy below.
4. Refund Policy
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email to success@amayouth.org.
- Withdrawals before the first session: Full refund minus $100 Registration deposit.
- Withdrawals after the first session: 50% refund of the total program fee.
- No refunds after the third session.
5. Attendance Policy
- Consistent attendance is crucial for student success.
- Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of emergency at the program's discretion.
6. Code of Conduct
Students and families are expected to adhere to the program's Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, collaboration, and a positive learning environment. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Program Modifications
AMAzing Youth reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, and activities as necessary to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program.
8. Program Termination Clause
AMAzing Youth reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation in the program for repeated violations of the Code of Conduct or other policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Force Majeure Clause
AMAzing Youth is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling sessions or offering virtual options.
10. Liability Waiver
By registering for the program, you acknowledge that AMAzing Youth is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the program.
11. Media Release
By enrolling, you consent to AMAzing Youth using photos or videos of your child for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this consent, you must notify us in writing before the program begins.
12. Privacy Policy
AMAzing Youth respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
13. Agreement
By registering for the program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
