  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

    Booking Fee

    • A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required before I book you into my diary
    • This covers admin, diary management, appointment allocation and all prepatory work carried out before I tattoo you

    Identification

    • I operate a challenge 25 policy regarding identification
    • Please bring a form of government issued photographic id with you to your first appointment with me

    Design

    • I quote per piece. Any changes to the design after I have quoted you, may incur further charges
    • I will not copy or almost copy a tattoo or design you have found online 

    Appointment

    • I need comfortable and easy access to the area that needs to be tattooed which might require sitting or laying in one position for an extended period of time
    • Do not apply any creams to the skin the day of your appointment
    • Additional charges may incur if the tattoo takes more sessions than initially quoted

    Lateness, Rearranging & Cancelling

    • Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if you arrive 30 minutes late
    • You can only rearrange your appointment once, prior to 5 days before your appointment - a new specified date must be agreed

     

    In the case of a breach in any of the above terms & conditions, a new booking fee is required to continue with your appointment; or in the case of consultations or touch ups, a small set fee will be applied on your next booking.

     

    ARTIST RIGHTS

    As a self-employed tattoo artist, I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Requests for tattoos that I deem offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
    • Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward myself, my colleagues, or other clients (including racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, or any form of harassment)
    • Disclosure of a medical condition that makes tattooing unsafe or inadvisable

    If a booking fee has already been paid and I choose to refuse service on the grounds outlined above, the booking fee remains non-refundable, as is retained in all circumstances. This policy is in place to protect my time, resources, and professional integrity.

     

    DATA PROTECTION

    • Your personal information is used to respond to your enquiry and schedule your appointment. You may also choose to provide health/medical information to help ensure a tattoo is safe and suitable for you. All data is treated as confidential, used solely for your appointment, and managed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, including the data retention period outlined therein.
