  • EVENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

    These questions help us determine whether American Society of Community Benefits (ASCB) is able to assist with your event at this time. As a small community‑benefit nonprofit organization, we must ensure that every event we support aligns with our mission, promotes ASCB, and does not create financial strain. Any amount you are able to contribute or raise helps pay it forward to another organization and supports the funding of ASCB’s community‑benefit programs. Please answer the following questions to confirm eligibility before continuing.
  • Is your event non‑religious?*

  • American Society of Community Benefits (ASCB) can only support events that are non‑religious. If your event includes religious content, please stop here — it is not eligible for ASCB partnership.

  • Is your event non‑political?*

  • The American Society of Community Benefits (ASCB) can only support events that are non‑political. If your event includes political content, please stop here, as it is not eligible for ASCB partnership under our mission guidelines.

  • Do you understand and agree that you are responsible for obtaining and paying for your own venue reservations, insurance, permits, licenses, and any required approvals for your event?*

  • ASCB is unable to cover venue reservations, insurance, permits, or related costs due to limited funding. If you are unable to take responsibility for these requirements, we are unable to assist with your event at this time.

  • Will you encourage attendees to support the American Society of Community Benefits?*

  • ASCB relies on voluntary donations to help fund our community‑benefit programs. Encouraging attendees to support ASCB is an important part of paying it forward and helping us continue assisting other organizations. If you are unable to encourage attendees to support ASCB, we are unable to assist with your event at this time.

  • Will you promote the American Society of Community Benefits (ASCB) as part of your event?*

  • ASCB can only partner with events where hosts agree to promote the American Society of Community Benefits (ASCB) as part of their gathering. If you cannot include ASCB in your event promotion, please stop here — your event is not eligible for ASCB partnership.

  • Will you provide all materials needed for your event without expecting ASCB to pay for them?*

  • Due to limited funding, ASCB is not able to pay for event materials or supplies at this time. If you are able to provide all materials needed for your event, please proceed. If not, we are unable to assist with your event at this time.
