How prepared is your company's culture for the transition towards a Circular Economy?

The answer to that question can be found through this tool!

CE-oriented culture readiness is a result of Ph.D. research whose aim is to assess the readiness of companies to implement a Circular Economy as part of the organizational culture.

The tool is divided into five blocks:

values,

mindsets,

behaviors,

capabilities,

competences.

For each affirmation of this questionnaire, you should answer to which level your company applies each one of the elements on a scale of 1 to 5 scale (where 1- absent/understanding the potential; 2- planning/first implementation initiative; 3- planning the dissemination; 4- scaling up, 5- totally present). You can also select "I can't answer" (if you lack information to answer this question) or "not relevant to my business" (if the question does not apply to your business context). If you chose one of these last answers you should explain why you lack information or why it does not apply to your business context. Comments can be made at the end of each block. Finish all questions in one block before continuing to the next.
