1. A $750 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your spot on the trip. A deposit is required for each trip.
2. Trip contract must be signed and returned within 5 days of deposit to maintain your reservation. A trip contract is required for each traveler.

1. Club members receive an additional $25.00 discount! Your club membership must be current up until departure date to receive discount.
2. Any cancellation less than 60 days out will result in a 100% penalty-no refund.
3. If you cancel, we will do our best to find someone to fill your spot, but if we have any unfilled spots on the trip, we will fill those spots before finding your replacement.
4. Each diver must have been diving within the last 60 days and have cold water diving experience with a minimum of 30 logged dives.
5. Each diver must have a safe second, whistle & safety sausage. We highly recommend a Dive Alert and Nautilus Lifeline.
6. Each diver is REQUIRED to have Dive Accident Insurance (DAN/DiveAssure).
7. Fuel surcharges are now in constant fluctuation and will be applied on top of the total package price if there are changes. $5 a day may be implemented before your trip.
