The Baltimore County Leaders and Citizens (BCLC), is a non- public organization. We are planning our first Community Parade and Festival for Saturday July 3, 2021.

We would like to invite your organization to be a Sponsor for this parade and festival. The theme is: "A Celebration of Life." This will be an opportunity to recognize our First Responders and Public Service workers.

We are still in the planning stages. This event will be a platform for networking; developing business partnerships and for serving the members of the community. The BCLC is an organization that is dedicated to supporting, recognizing and providing service to the communities. This includes but not limited to supporting education, feeding the hungry, and celebrating the various cultures that make our communities whole. BCLC also works in collaboration with businesses and the political figures who value and support community engagement iniatives.
