Welcome to The Crystal Order of Hyacinth Rey (COHR). This is a threshold form for entry into COHR Reiki Training. Please indicate your chosen level so your space may be held. COHR Reiki is a living synthesis of Usui and Johrei lineages, informed by Sirius, Gnostic and Gaian cosmologies. Payment is not collected at submission. DATES / AVAILABILITY / PREFERENCE: Please list dates you are considering or generally available. If you are interested in 1:1 sessions (in-person) or 1:1 private Reiki attunements (Zoom), please include preferred dates or briefly describe below. If you prefer group scheduling, customized group Reiki training (Levels 1–3)are available for students who can form their own group and commit to shared dates in advance. Group options include 25% discount per person of 2-4 people. Please indicate your preference and any relevant details here.
Payment Information:

Please read carefully. After you submit your COHR Reiki Training Registration form, we will review your application and contact you directly. You will not be charged at the time of submission. Payment will only be arranged once your registration has been reviewed and we have contacted you to finalize your agreement. Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of a signed COHR Reiki agreement and payment arrangement. We look forward to connecting with you.
