Olathe South Youth Soccer Camp will take place on the following dates:

June 9th-11th, 2026

Session 1: Grades 1st-5th

Day 1: CHECK IN 7:30 AM

START TIME 8:00 AM

PICK UP 9:15 AM

Session 2: Grades 6th-8th

Day 1: CHECK IN 9:00 AM

START TIME 9:30 AM

PICK UP 11:00 AM

*All players are required to arrive properly dressed for soccer training (socks, cleats, shin-pads, soccer ball).

*All players are to fill out parental waiver and informed consent form prior to the first day of camp.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by the Olathe South Boys Soccer Program during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by the Olathe South Boys Soccer Program, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless the Olathe South Boys Soccer Program and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the Olathe South Boys Soccer Program, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
