1. By submitting this letter & application form, you, as our aspiring players' parent/guardian, are creating a promise with our coaching team that, in the best-interest and support of your child, you will do your what you can to ensure no sessions are missed. Refunds are not available due to illness and or injury unless in line with government rules.
2. Please also note that we cannot refund the cancellation of sessions in case of wet weather and or heavy rain. We will endeavour to arrange alternatives depending on field availability and in accordance with the Football Queensland recommendations and government guidelines.
3. We will always email & SMS any changes and kindly ask that you follow us on Instagram and or KakaoTalk Channel to stay up-to-date with any announcements!

4. In connection with my child's voluntary invovlement in activites undertaken for and with the particiaptiona nd support of A.Pro Sports Academy, I herby agree to release and discharge A.Pro Sports Academy and its director, employees and volunteers from all claims, demands and actions for injuries sustained to my child and or property as a result of their involvement in such activities.
5. I hereby attest that my child's attendance and invovlement is voluntary and he/she is participating at his/her own risk.
6. Furthermore, I grant permission for photographs and videos of my child taken during their participation and involvment with A.Pro Sports Academy to be used on social media and for other marketing purposes.
