I, do hereby grant/deny permission to Angel Eyes Photography to use the images from my photo shoot, as marked by my selection(s) below. Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or other use of photographs and images taken of us for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as brochures and newsletters, videos, and digital images such as those on the Angel Eyes Photography Web site and Facebook page.
Unrestricted usage: I give unrestricted permission for the images to be used in print, video, and digital media. I agree that these images may be used by Angel Eyes Photography for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notification. Such as printed materials, samples in the studio, online use and competition entries, online and printed publications. I do understand that our surnames will not be used in conjunction with any video or digital images.Limited online usage: Images can be used on Angel Eyes Photography's Facebook page and websiteLimited usage: I wish for the images to be used within the Angel Eyes Photography studio setting only.Deny permission to use any of the images at all.

Terms and conditions
The deposit is £25 and can be used as part payment towards a package of your choice. If you fail to attend at the agree time and date then you will be forfeiting your deposit.

During the photo shoot any children with you are your responsibility. Please do not allow them to do any of the following:

Run around in the studio

Touch any of the photographic equipment especially the background paper

Eat food in the studio

Or anything else that could put themselves or others in danger or risk damage to the equipment

Any breakages must be paid for by you, the client in full at the appropriate rate and no images will be released for viewing until any outstanding amount has been paid.

Angel Eyes Photography reserve the right to terminate the photo shoot at any time if it is felt that anyone including the photographer is placed in any danger or any breakages have or are likely to occur.

No footwear is to be worn on the background paper please. If you do not want to go bear foot, please bring black socks for everyone or just those wanting the wear them.

The photographer is under no obligation to display any of the images during the photo shoot.

The photographer will provide colour corrected and edited images for previewing. The final content of the images are at the discretion of the photographer and there is no right to reject the images because of style or composition. Not every image that is taken at the photo shoot will be included in the gallery and the photographers decision is final.

Under no circumstances is the copyright released and RAW files are never included for sale.

No shots are completely guaranteed.

Angel Eyes Photography will take every possible care and use every working method available to prevent damage or loss to any of or all of the images taken on the day but in the unlikely event that any or all images are lost because of mechanical failure, theft, or any other way, liability is limited to either a re shoot subject to availability or return of fees paid for the photo shoot either in part or in full.

Please note that all copyrights of the images remain with the photographer.

Angel Eyes Photography cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the photo shoot.
