I am participationg voluntarily in this show and the sport of riding. I understand and am fully aware that riding and being around horses involves inherent and dangerous risk of serious injury or death, and by voluntarily participating, I expressly release the show organizer, volunteers, judges, Mon Cheval Training Center, LLC, Mindy Price, its officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, and designees of all the above from and against any and all claims, liability, damages, accident, injuries, of loss suffered by me or my horse or my property, as a result of or in conections with my participation in this show. I understand that this is a legally binding contract, and I am giving up my rights in consideration for participating.
I aslo acknowledge that no refunds will be made after the closing date.
