I am not using any medications that may cause such injury or reaction, and I will promptly inform Anuli Aesthetics if this changes. I Understand That, While Rare, Wellness & Vitamin Injections Can Cause Serious Side Effects. These Reactions Are Uncommon, But It’s Important To Be Aware Of The Possibility. Any Unusual Or Severe Symptoms Should Be Reported To Anuli Aesthetics or a Medical Provider Immediately For Proper Evaluation. TERMS: Terms & Return Policy: I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and authorize payment for services. I understand that no refunds are offered for medications, as healthcare providers cannot predict individual responses, intolerances, or effectiveness in weight managements. Due to the nature of these medications, medications cannot be returned, cannot be transferred, and non- changeable even if the medication is unused and any monthly fees already paid are non-refundable. Fraud Policy: Anuli Aesthetics has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, including credit card fraud. Any fraudulent activity will be fully investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Losses incurred due to fraudulent activity will be pursued in civil court to recover all associated costs, including business and legal fees, research costs, and loss of income.
