Profit Share & Incentive Model

1. Viewer-Based Payout Structure: We believe in rewarding your success. You will earn $0.25 per viewer for the highest-viewed piece of content you deliver within the 30-day revenue share cycle, whether it's a feature film or a series. This model guarantees substantial compensation for your most successful content each month.

Example I Viewer-Based Payout Calculation:

If your highest-viewed episode or featured film receives 200,000 views in a 30-day profit share cycle, you will earn $50,000. Calculation: 200,000 views * $0.25 per viewer = $50,000

2. Viewership Incentive Model: For the first 90 days of our collaboration, for every 100,000 views your highest-viewed episode accumulates within a 30-day profit share cycle, The Power Network will award you a $10,000 bonus.

Example I Viewership Incentive Calculation:

If your highest-viewed episode garners 200,000 views in a 30-day cycle, you will receive a $20,000 bonus. Calculation: 200,000 views / 100,000 increments = 2 increments * $10,000 per increment = $20,000 bonus

Total Monthly Revenue Projection: Based on the examples provided and the stipulated terms, your projected total monthly revenue can be calculated as follows:

Viewer-Based Payout: $50,000 Marketing Incentive Bonus: $20,000 Estimated Total Monthly Revenue: $50,000 + $20,000 = $70,000 Minus Content Manager Fee (5%): $70,000 * 0.05 = $3,500 Total Monthly Profit Share: $70,000 - $3,500 = $66,500

Content Manager Fee (if applicable): 5% of your monthly revenue, paid to the content manager who referred you to The Power Network.

Radio Marketing and Promotion Campaign:

To ensure your content achieves peak visibility and a stunning debut on The Power Network, you must select one of the following high-powered, one time, Marketing and Promotion Campaign options:

Fee: $499 I Campaign Duration: Forty-five (45) days Fee: $799 I Campaign Duration: Ninety (90) days

Campaign Details: The Power Network will execute an aggressive, high-impact radio marketing blitz for forty- five (45) days or a groundbreaking ninety (90) day campaign on APz Mid-Morning Mimosa. This unparalleled option includes explosive prime-time radio advertisements and a headline-grabbing exclusive radio interview, broadcasting on 33 radio stations across the country to 3.5 million daily listeners. Meticulously crafted to captivate and energize a vast audience, this campaign will ensure your content dominates the airwaves and achieves unprecedented visibility and success.

Pay-Per-View (PPV) Model: For live events, further enhancing your revenue opportunities.

PPV Cost: The minimum PPV cost is set at $29.99.

For every 20,000 PPV bought, The Power Network will pay a $5,000 incentive. At 100,000 PPV buys, the incentive increases to $10,000 for every 20,000 PPV buys. There is a 70/30 revenue split in favor of the PPV client.

Base Revenue: 60,000 PPV buys * $29.99 = $1,799,400 Incentive: 3 increments (60,000 PPV buys) * $5,000 = $15,000 Total Revenue: $1,799,400 + $15,000 = $1,814,400 Client Share (70%): $1,814,400 * 0.70 = $1,270,080

Base Revenue: 100,000 PPV buys * $29.99 = $2,999,000 Incentive: 5 increments (100,000 PPV buys) * $5,000 = $25,000 Total Revenue: $2,999,000 + $25,000 = $3,024,000 Client Share (70%): $3,024,000 * 0.70 = $2,116,800

Monthly Pay-out Terms: Payment for the revenue generated will be disbursed on a monthly basis, with a 30- day payment delay. This ensures that earnings accrued during a given month are paid out at the end of the subsequent month. Pay-outs will continue in perpetuity for as long as your content remains on The Power Network platform, unless removed by The Power Network.

Maintain Ownership: You retain full ownership of all your content. The Power Network only receives a non- exclusive license to distribute and monetize your work during our partnership. Your creative control remains intact, allowing you to distribute your content through other channels at any time. Your rights, your content- always.

Non-Exclusive Content Placement: Placing your content on The Power Network is non-exclusive, allowing you to distribute your content through other channels simultaneously. However, for the initial 30 days upon release, we request exclusive rights to maximize audience engagement on our platform. After this period, you are free to explore other distribution opportunities while continuing to benefit from your content's presence on The Power Network.

The Power Network reserves the right to review and request revisions to the submitted artwork. Final artwork must be approved by The Power Network before being used in any promotional materials.
