    Payment Policy

    • All registrations and payments must be completed by the respective deadline to avail of the applicable registration rate.
    • Upon payment, please scan and email a copy of the transfer confirmation or deposit slip to admin@apafs.org to ensure proper crediting and to secure your registration.
    • If your organization is not currently an APAFS member and would like to join to avail of the member rate, please contact admin@apafs.org with a copy of your registration confirmation summary sent to your email.

    Cancellation & Refund

    • Refunds or credits are not permitted.
    • Registrations and payments received after the stated deadline will be subject to an additional $100 late fee.
