Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage APDETAILWRKS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, defects, or deterioration to the vehicle. Detailing may reveal scratches, paint defects, stains, cracks, tears, loose trim, damaged materials, or other conditions that were not previously noticeable.2. Results & Limitations Detailing is a cosmetic cleaning and restoration service and is not a repair service. APDETAILWRKS does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, discoloration, or other imperfections. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, material, and severity of the issue.3. Final Pricing Prices provided before an in-person inspection are based on the information and photographs provided by the customer. If the vehicle's actual condition requires substantially more labor than represented, the final price may be adjusted. Any additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.4. Personal Belongings Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before service. APDETAILWRKS is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.5. Vehicle Authorization By submitting this form, the customer confirms that they are the vehicle owner or are authorized by the vehicle owner to request detailing services.6. Specialty Services Certain services, including heavy pet-hair removal, severe stain treatment, odor removal, headlight restoration, excessive dirt/mud removal, and other specialty services may require additional time and charges depending on the condition of the vehicle.7. Customer Approval The customer will be informed of any applicable additional charges before additional work is performed. Approval of the revised price authorizes APDETAILWRKS to proceed with the agreed-upon services.
