  • Exhibitor Agreement

    The Exhibitor Agreement serves as a formal contract between APPA and participating exhibitors. It outlines the responsibilities related to securing exhibit space, including payment requirements, deadlines, booth assignments, and participating guidelines. By completing this Agreement, you acknowledge your commitment and confirm the reserved spacing at the training institute.

  • Corporate members reserving a single booth are entitled to two training institute registrations and three expo-only registrations. Corporate members reserving two booths will receive double the benefits: four training institute registrations, six expo-only registrations.

     

     Payment Requirement

    Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the training institute to secure attendance. Exhibitors who have not remitted full payment will not be permitted to access or set up their booth(s).

  • Preferred Booth Location
  • Booth Selection

    Exhibit space will be assigned based on exhibitor requests whenever possible; however, preference for booth location cannot be guaranteed. Assignments will be made in the order that applications are received, and final booth placement is at the sole discretion of APPA. Refer to the most current Expo Hall map to view available booth locations.

  • Second Booth Selection (if reserving multiple booths)

    Exhibit space will be assigned based on exhibitor requests whenever possible; however, preference for booth location cannot be guaranteed. Assignments will be made in the order that applications are received, and final booth placement is at the sole discretion of APPA. Refer to the most current Expo Hall map to view available booth locations.

  • Badge Information

    • Corporate Members: Entitled to two full training institute badges and three expo-only badges.
    • For-Profit Companies: Entitled to two full training institute badges and two expo-only badges.
    • Non-Profit Companies: Entitled to one full training institute badge and one expo-only badge.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Booth cancellations submitted in writing on or before February 2, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. To submit a cancellation, please send a written request to Darlene Webb, Director of Operations by email at dwebb@csg.org.

  • Exhibitor Booth Agreement

    It is acknowledged and agreed that APPA reserves the right to assign exhibit spaces. APPA will make every reasonable effort to place exhibitors in locations that optimize both the exhibitor’s benefit and the overall success of the exhibition. Notwithstanding these efforts, APPA retains sole discretion to make the final booth assignment and may modify any assignment as deemed necessary for the betterment of the exhibition. Exhibitors further agree to comply with all information, rules, and guidelines provided on the APPA exhibitor website, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement

    I hereby affirm that I am duly authorized to submit this Exhibitor Booth Agreement on behalf of my company. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand, and agree—on behalf of my company—to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying exhibitor website. I further certify that all information provided herein is accurate and complete, and I understand that this Agreement becomes binding only upon acceptance by APPA.
