Please note that submission does not guarantee receipt of sponsorship. APPA reserves the right to assign sponsorships and make adjustments at its sole discretion. FULL PAYMENT is required prior to the commencement of the training institute in order to secure attendance. Failure to remit payment in full before the event will result in the company, business, and/or exhibitors being denied access to the training institute.

I hereby affirm that I am duly authorized to submit this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of my business/company. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand, ad agree-on behalf of my business/company-to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. I further attest that all information provided is accurate and complete, and acknowledge that this Agreement shall be deemed binding only upon acceptance by APPA.
