    APPA offers a premier Executive Leadership Summit (Summit) that precedes its 51st Annual Training Institute. The summit is tailored for community supervision leaders and provides top-tier training, meaningful networking, and a forward-looking view of the field's future. The Summit is a formal event specifically designed for senior leaders of community supervision agencies. Therefore, participation is mainly limited to agency directors, chiefs, commissioners, and other senior executives involved in probation, parole, and pretrial services. Invitations to join the Summit are also extended to a select group of judges, policymakers, service providers, and APPA corporate members to encourage unique cross-sector dialogue and shared learning.

    Terms & Condition: Full payment is required prior to the start of the training institute. Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

    Coffee and Carbs: Friday (8/14/26) and Saturday (8/15/16), to include sponsorship signage. Put your company front and center before attendees to jump start the day with some early morning metabolic priming at the Summit. Coffee break stations are centers for networking and short meetings. Your company will be recognized on the signage at the coffee break stations and in all Summit literature.

    Bites and Delights: Friday (8/14/26), to include sponsorship signage. Put your brand at the heart of attendee engagement by sponsoring the Summit snack break. This high-traffic moment is where conversations spark, connections form, and ideas flow. As a sponsor, your company will be prominently featured on signage at the snack station and recognized across all Summit materials—ensuring consistent visibility throughout the event.

    Lunch: Friday (8/14/26), to include sponsorship signage. Own one of the Summit’s most valuable networking experiences by sponsoring lunch. This prime gathering brings every attendee together, creating unmatched opportunities for meaningful conversations, relationship-building, and brand connection in a relaxed, high-engagement setting. As the exclusive lunch sponsor, your company will enjoy premium visibility through prominent onsite signage and recognition across all Summit materials—delivering maximum exposure and an impression with key decisionmakers

    Bag Stuffer. one item of your choice to be included in attendee bags upon check; your business/company must supply item (s).

    Opening Speaker. Take center stage at the Executive Summit by sponsoring the event’s opening speaker. This highimpact opportunity puts your organization in the spotlight from the very first moment, aligning your brand with a keynote address designed to inspire, inform, and establish thought leadership. As the opening sponsor, you’ll benefit from exceptional visibility through prominent event signage and recognition across all Summit materials—delivering immediate exposure and an impression with an influential audience.

    Reception Bar Sponsor. Be a part of the reception by providing attendees with spirits of “your” choice. Add company supplied sign(s), napkins, cups, coasters, drink huggies/koozies, etc. This sponsorship comes with ten (10) complimentary drink tickets for your company representatives.

    Folios. Premier Summit take-away. A portfolio is distributed to all Executive Summit attendees with embossed Summit brand with your company’s logo right below it on the cover.

    Lanyards. Participants will help generate visibility for your company as they move around the hotel wearing a lanyard with your company’s logo on it. Because the attendees will receive a lanyard the moment they check in at registration, you will be able to reach attendees early.
