APPA 2 for 1 Membership Form

The American Probation and Parole Association (APPA) is excited to offer professionals who are new to the association special 2 for 1 membership pricing during its 50th anniversary year. Two people who have never previously been APPA members can apply for a one-year membership for $50.
Please enter the requested information below. It will be used to create your APPA accounts. Once the accounts are created, APPA will contact you with an invoice to remit payment to complete the membership.
