As a mentor, which of the following modes are you most comfortable? Final compensation will be determined based on the content you have, program topic, industry experience and mentoring experience. You can select more than 1 option.*

Design and conduct a 90-min hands-on zoom workshop. Compensation USD 100-30060-min Group Mentoring Session (Note: min 4). Compensation for 4 mentoring sessions: USD 100-800Design and conduct a 6-week zoom course. (Weekly commitment 3-5 hours) Compensation USD 1,500-5,000Design and conduct a 12-week zoom course. You also have the option to donate your earnings to the Mentogram Scholarship Fund, which covers the cost of education and upskilling programs provided by Mentogram and our non-profit partner, Smile Foundation. Smile Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the US (EIN: 85-0595319) that has impacted over 1.5 million underprivileged students in India and the USA over 20 years. These donations will be used solely to cover student expenses. Smile Foundation will release a report every 12 months to all those who have subscribed to this option. 1 girl child education in India = INR 6000 =USD 72 annually.
