You must provide the link to your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platform. It should be set to either public. Please do not set your profile/page to private, as our judges will not be able to view it. You will copy and paste the link to your profile onto this form.

Resubmissions and corrections can be a complex process. To ensure efficiency and mitigate error risk, we ask that you please hold off on submitting until you are certain of your submission.
