We believe the setter role is one of the most important positions in the entire company -- and treat it as so. We felt the pain of not having a good setter all year.
Our top sales reps this year closed $1.2M & 900k each, respectively this year. This was WITHOUT a setter -- a pain we felt all year.
Your role:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or generated lists.
- Clearly and compellingly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Hungry, ready-for-growth appointment setters / SDRs that are looking for an opportunity to make $6k-$15k/month in the next 3 months.
As an Appointment Setter at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our high-performing sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
FULL-TIME POSITION
The position will require you to set a minimum of 20 qualified appointments/week from the 250+ inbound leads we get every week.
We will train you how to do it, but previous experience is required and you must be dedicated to full-time work.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Digital product/coaching package experience.
Shopify, Amazon and Facebook Shop experience
Business to business selling experience.
Have a good social media presence.
Have appointment setting experience.
Competitive and a chip on your shoulder.
Handle rejection well.
Compensation:
This is a commission only position for a high-ticket product.
