    Automated Retail Commerce is an eCommerce development firm and is responsible for helping our clients achieve success in eCommerce!

    Our agency services include finding products, listing products and managing the storefront activity for our clients while they're hands free.

    We're looking for an expert Client Success Director that is here based in the US and has the following requirements / skills for the job.

    Requirements/Expertise
    - 2 Years of agency experience
    - Familiar with finance and the eCommerce space
    - Project management tool Asana
    - Great communicator
    - Organized on Client Status's and Projects

     

    Position Objectives
    - Increase customer satisfaction rate
    - Communicate effectivel to clients about store progress
    - Bringing to the table and executing on client success initaitves and bringing back insights
    - Increasing 5/5 star reviews on each process and sharing our trust pilot with our clients
    - Collecting and setting up client interviews and case studies to share with team
    - Collect team wins and bring great energty to department calls
    - Create reports and lead meetings on temperature of clients and initiatives with deliverables that were completed throughotu the week/next steps for the department
    - Create SOP and training videos for the Client Success department to lead a team in the future
    - Represent the company with professionalism and great energy
    - Use asana and have 0 incomplete or behind tasks

    Can produce ...
    - High NPS Scores
    - Clearly communicating next steps for clients efficiently
    - Dashboards in asana and management of projects
    - Client updates from team and determine status towards company and service objectives
    - Bring to meetings the needs of a cohort with proper documentation and follow through
