A Petition to Rescind the Lenox Township I-94 Industrial District

Please fill out this form to support the effort to protect our rural & agricultural community.
We are asking the Lenox Township Planning Commission to stop the new I-94 Industrial District (26 Mile & I-94) and protect our community’s future.

Our area already deals with enough heavy industry because of the landfill; adding more here creates a massive burden on our public safety, police, and fire departments. We believe maintaining our farmland and agricultural roots is much more conducive to the safety and quiet of this area.

We are asking the Board to reopen the Master Plan and change this land back to its original rural roots before it is too late. Whether you have been here for generations or just moved here for the peace and quiet, please sign to help us keep the heart of our community alive and preserve the integrity of our beautiful farmland.

This decision impacts Lenox Township, the Village of New Haven, and all of our surrounding neighbors. We are looking for support from everyone in these communities to protect our shared home.
