BEAM Business Academy• BEAM Academy devotes more time to your teen. • The Academy encompasses all of the areas of life coaching that we specialize in plus an SEL (Social Emotional Learning) component that includes Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. • For students 14 and older, we offer them an opportunity to become a member of the BEAM TEAM. Beam Team is an internship that transitions students from teens to young adults. Some of what they will learn include: interviewing skills, resume/CV writing, professional dress, the art of public speaking, a competitive and strong work ethic, money management, and more. Upon completion, BEAMERs will receive a Gratitude Stipend. Your child will receive one 60 minute or two 30 minute 1-on-1 session(s) and one 2 hour group session per month. Plus 2 Beam Team Half day workshops per month. For students enrolled in Beam Team, they will also receive a work schedule that will list the days and times that they must be available.
