SERVICES: Arnitra's Motion Photo Booth, LLC will arrive up to 1 hour early to insure proper set up. We will provide a hazard free zone for 360 space at your event. Services will start promptly and end promptly. Regular fee for each additional hr.

PHOTO RETAINER & PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable retainer of 50% is paid to Arnitra's Motion Photo Booth, LLC. Retainer is paid ONLY via CASH, PAYPAL, ZELLE, Applepay, Debit Card and some CASHAPP at the discretion of the provider. I understand that my remaining session balance is due before the start of the session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my session will be cancelled. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Arnitra's Motion Photo Booth, LLC as stated. NON-REFUNDABLE 50% RETAINER

LIABILTY: Arnitra's Motion Photo Booth,LLC is released of ALL liabilities from all injuries or falls pertaining to the camera 360. Please rotate at your own risk. All equipment will be inspected before set up so that we can provide quality services. The client is fully responsible for all damages caused by them or guest. This include spills, drops or knock overs. NO LIFTING, SPINNING OR GETTING OFF UNTIL THE 360 BOOTH HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED*

I hereby grant and understand that Arnitra's Motion Photo Booth,LLC may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*
