     Icon sets (5+ icons) are quoted based on style consistency and volume.

  • 🔐 File Ownership & Licensing

  • Final deliverables include rendered visuals and/or export-ready 3D files as defined in the project scope.

    Editable source files and working project files are not included in the base service fee but may be licensed separately upon request.

    Clear communication and structured milestones ensure a smooth creative process.

     

    1. Initial Consultation: We discuss your vision, goals, and preferences. I can suggest the best service based on your needs.
    2. Quote & Contract: After understanding your requirements, I will provide a detailed quote and contract.
    3. Creation & Feedback: I will create the 3D designs and share progress updates. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback.
    4. Final Delivery: Once approved, I will deliver the final 3D models and any additional files you need.

  • Additional Costs

    • Revisions: 1–2 rounds of revisions are included. After that, each additional revision will be charged at $50 per round.
    • Rush Fee: A 10–20% fee applies for projects requiring a faster turnaround.
    • Asset/Software Fees: If any specialized or premium assets are required (textures, models, etc.), the cost will be added to the final quote.

  • Payment Terms

    • 50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project.
    • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery of the final product.
    • Payment Methods: Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. Please include a 7% PayPal fee in your payment.
