    Use this form to apply for a partial scholarship for the Full NOAHCON Ticket OR the Virtual Day Pass.

    The Full NOAHCON Early Bird Ticket (Member Rate) is $480. The maximum amount that NOAH can award to an individual is $360. Full NOAHCON Ticket scholarship recipients will be responsible for the remaining $120 not covered by the scholarship. This ticket includes: 

    • The October 11 evening kick-off party and October 12-13 in-person days Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY
    • The live virtual day on October 28 on Zoom
    • Select recordings from the in-person days and all recordings from the virtual day 

    The Virtual Day Pass (Member Rate) is $200. The maximum amount that NOAH can award to an individual is $150. Virtual Day Pass scholarship recipients will be responsible for the remaining $50 not covered by the scholarship. This ticket includes:

    • The live virtual day on October28 on Zoom
    • Select recordings from the two in-person days and all recordings from the virtual day 

    Eligibility:

    Individuals whose annual income is less than $45,000 and who do not receive institutional support for this event, or individuals who are experiencing financial hardship are eligible to apply. At NOAH, we believe that a vibrant arts in health community must reflect the full diversity of lived experiences. As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusion, we aim to prioritize access for individuals from communities that have been historically underrepresented. This includes but is not limited to, those who identify as part of immigrant, Indigenous, international, or LGBTQIA+ communities; people of color; persons with disabilities; or those facing socioeconomic challenges. Applicants are encouraged to share if they identify with one or more of these groups. By amplifying these diverse voices, we aim to foster a more inclusive and equitable arts in health community.

    • We prioritize first-time applicants to help ensure a wide range of voices and experiences are represented.
    • All scholarship recipients are expected to attend the event in its enirety.
    • This scholarship does not cover travel and accommodation.
    • You may be invited to volunteer during the event or share feedback or documentation of your experience afterward to help us continue improving the experience and gaining support for future attendees.
